Cancellation Policy

To avoid a fee, cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations within 6 hours may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total appointment cost. No-shows will be charged 90% of appointment cost. If part of an appointment is cancelled within 6 hours, (you book 3 haircuts, but only get 2) you will be charged 50% of the cancelled service along with the cost of the services performed. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, you may be required to reschedule or may not be able to receive full service. Cancellations can be made through the link in your confirmation, by texting or calling (610)563-1301, or through Facebook Messenger. Please make sure you receive confirmation from myself or the booking site that you have successfully cancelled your appointment. If you do not receive confirmation that your cancellation went through, please try a different method. Thank you for your business and respecting my time!
